Most nights still up at 4am. Listening to guided breathing, self hypnosis and other supposed aids don’t work. Get little sleep. Twice a week I crash and wake up after 11 which kills my day as much as no sleepi. I’m résistent to lots of meds so at most I take 1mg Xanax which is not very effective. Need help.
How would you build a healthy, but relatively quick strategy for increasing body weight (for a woman who needs both fat, muscle mass and support for hormone function)? Several topics always deal with LOSING weight, but rarely do you get instructions to the contrary. How to still take into account healthy insulin sensitivity, fat values in the blood, possible TRE (feeding window 10h), consuming carbohydrates in larger quantities also during the day, etc. Views and thoughts welcome!
I am a deputy sheriff and work nights (8pm-8am) 4 days a week. The other 3 I sleep normal hours to spend time with family etc. What can I do to maximize sleep and be less tired, mentally fatigued and sluggish. I struggle to get more than 4 hours of good sleep during the day even though I sleep in a blacked out room, take melatonin and try to exercise when I feel energetic enough. Thanks for the help! Hey Legend! Thank you for everything you do! In a previous AMA…. You say you are no longer using Bluetooth headsets and are using corded ones. Are you using the “low EMF” ones with a tubes or using the standard corded headsets (like apple provides with phone)?
