Hello, My nephew 5 years ago was 21 and had brain cancer (medullablastoma of the 4th ventricle on the right) and since has had vision problems and was wondering what kind of thoughts/advice you have on it. He has a nystagmus in both eyes, though more prominent in the left eye, and diplopia that comes from a paralysis of the abducens cranial nerve on the right. He has since gotten 2 surgeries to try and mitigate this double vision (resectioning of the intraocular muscles, maybe? not sure.) What are your thoughts on how he could further improve, specifically his diplopia, but any advice is welcome. He is a big fan of yours as I am. Since you are on top of modern scientific developments, perhaps you have advice and how to get help. Thanks
