I've been taking Magnesium threonate (total 1200mg) daily for the past 2 months. It helped me to boost focus, improve cognitive task performance and anxiety disappeared. Seem to be an easy but multilateral solution for me. Question: Can I safely keep taking it long term (for example daily for 1 year or longer)? My concern is not to create any dependency or other difficult to undo consequences.
I bought the momentous 900 mg based on your sleep video and it did keep me asleep! I see it can also help with anxiety and depression and hormonal health and I could use help there. Can I take this at this dose for those issues daily or will it make me sleepy? Articles I read showed a much lower dose recommendation for other issues besides sleep.
