High Performance Vegetarian

Seems there is some incredible benefits to a vegan, vegetarian diet. Can you do a show where you interview a high performing vegan, vegetarian athlete focused expert? It would seem the benefits, many of the markers you focus on to improve, would lead you to do a focused show on how to make this diet work. I love all the actionable advice gleaned from your podcasts. Can you do a focused show on how to make this diet work, as many high levels athletes have done.

I'm having a hard time understanding the timeline of what happens with the dopamine "wavepool" analogy, with just the audio description. Would it be possible to share a simple graph or visual representation of what happens to dopamine levels over time with each event ?

Can you do an episode about postural restoration

My OTD daughter just sent me an interesting video, by Neal Haliran m, about postural restoration and I’m intrigued. I’ve had persistent dental issues/vestibular issues since childhood and have always had very tight muscles that feel like they are “stuck on”. I’d love to learn more about it and find an expert near me to help.

Cold Plunging

I have trouble keeping my hands submerged while cold plunging. I imagine it is because that's where the most nerves are located, thus making it more sensitive. In order to maximize benefits, I read keeping your neck submerged is important as it activates the vagus nerve, which will increase the hormonal response. Does the same apply with hands and feet? What's your protocol for keeping your body submerged when cold plunging?
