How are you getting enough protein?

You say that you eat twice a day but how are you reaching that 1g per pound of body weight goal? My understanding is that the body can only utilize about 40g or protein every few hours for muscle growth. With your two meals that would be well over that 40g mark.

ADHD, High Myopia, Increased Light Sensitive

Hello Dr. Huberman, Hope all is well. I have struggled with severe ADHD (99th percentile in 3 tests) and high myopia (-10 vision in both eyes). I recently had an EVO ICL implant that corrected my vision and increased my sensitivity to light, which I believe has also increased my ADHD - and I've had difficulty completing tasks that I enjoyed before the surgery. I'm a little at loss. Many eye doctors and psychologists are empathetic but don't seem to fully understand. I'm at the point where, despite having made my life unbelievably easier, that I'm considering getting my ICLs removed. If you're able to shed any light on the relatioship between ADHD, High Myopia, and Photophobia generally, any general thoughts, info, or potential remedies to look into would be great appreciated. Thanks in advance either way, Jesse

What are your thoughts on Dr. Sebi's Mucusless diet?

I would love to hear a breakdown from Andrew on this diet as I have heard some very great things about it but it is never mentioned by the masses or mainstream media. Thank you!

Can better vision lead to better sports performance

How do athletes or all of us use our vision to accomplish tasks such as hitting a baseball or playing tennis or golf? What can we do to improve our vision and all the related visually-based functions for better sports performance, or for that matter better driving ability, better learning, etc?

Alcohol and Perimenopause/Menopause

Can alcohol consumption in any capacity (low to moderate, chronic, high amounts, etc) cause early onset of perimenopause or menopause?
