I added mushroom powder to my AG1, and it made me vomit. That was three weeks ago, and I still cannot get past wanting to vomit thinking about AG1. It took me 20 years to be able to eat a meatball sub after vomiting when I was a kid, I really would hate if it takes me 20 years to be able to drink AG1 again. Any suggestions to help me get past this? I'm bringing my supply to my parents to try tomorrow, but I'm hoping there's something I can try. Thank you!!
From the science, what is the best way to recover from chronic stress/burnout that has manifested as physiological symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness etc. or even cognitive symptoms e.g. brain fog? I saw this was very briefly mentioned in the podcast with Dr. Cal Newport, but would be great if there was a streamlined approach from what current research has shown.
