What about women’s hormones?

Can we get a deep dive on women’s health/hormones/menstrual cycle? The topic deserves its own episode given the complexity and how impactful female hormones can be on vitality. I think your male following would benefit to learn as well. The podcast tends to focus more on men’s health (reasonably as there is more data on men but still) Please please please do the ladies a favor & give us an episode!

Is there a point of viewing evening light if it's cloudy?

In the episode regarding sleep and viewing evening light, you've mentioned (I'm paraphrasing) that evening light has specific colours that signal to the brain that it's night. Since we can't see any colours on cloudy days at all, is there a point for us to due evening light viewing? Or is there the exact mechanism as during morning light viewing, where our eyes capture photons regardless of the weather, and we should also strive to view evening light on cloudy days?

GLP1 associated hair loss

Hey, I am a MD and working with GLP1 inhibitors for weight loss for past year a lot. It is great but good percentage of Pts experience hair loss now. I can’t get any answers from the producing pharmacy and nothing so far I can find in the literature. Would you have any explanation by any chance? Upping micronutrients does not help much Thank you

Kava and other nootropics (smart drugs jk ;) ) as alcohol replacements

I am restating my previous question about kava to include all nootropics. As someone who doesn’t drink, it can be challenging to socialize at events where everyone is drinking. Can you go over different nootropics that could be used as social Lubricants? Doses, benefits, risks etc

supplements question related to apigenin and niacin

Andrew, Not sure if you've ever talked about benefits or otherwise of niacin, particularly when tied in with a sauna practice. Love to hear your thoughts on it and if advisable, a recommended dosage. Also, you recommend 50mg/day of apigenin for sleep. The only source I've found so far has 500mg capsules. I've tried these with no obvious good or bad effect. I'm wondering if there's a long term negative impact from this high a dose. Thanks and Great podcast! Rob
