I would really like to learn more about HRV. I am active but mine is around 22 and it worries me so much. I have listened to various other podcasts with episodes on this but I'm still very confused

Are there any DNA home-tests (e.g. different diet, metabolic type, medication effectiveness, etc) would can recommend and others you would not recommend? I would like to find out as much as might be beneficial about my body and system

Does Decaf make a difference when it comes to sleep?

I am only drinking decaf coffee daily because I have HBP. I'm wondering if the rule of not drinking coffee anymore 12 hours before sleeping applies to decaf as well? And generally, are there any important and interesting differences between decaf and, well, caf?
