Dopamine Detox?

Are there any studied benefits of a dopamine detox? I see a lot about it on social media and was wondering how and if it should be done and if so how often?

Hormesis and stressing the body/brain, taking supplements in cycles

Are periods of taxing ourselves always good for producing hormesis? When taking supplements or even protocols, is it beneficial to cycle the intake of these? Why some but not others? Why does alcohol not cause hormesis? Why should we avoid some supplements every day but things like athletic greens is a constant thing? Caffeine seems to be okay for everyday but alpha GCP not? Accumulation of mental fatigue across timescales

Mental fatigue accumulates across various timescales from hours (requiring rest in the evenings), to days (rest on the weekends), to weeks (requiring the occasional break of >7 days). Can we train to build up resistance against this fatigue? What is the mechanism behind this? What can we do to get more out of our work, out of our rest?

Usually, I wake up early in the morning, but I am staying in bed for one more hour. The time for the first caffeine intake is from the first opening of the eyes? or after I leave my bed?
