Are periods of taxing ourselves always good for producing hormesis? When taking supplements or even protocols, is it beneficial to cycle the intake of these? Why some but not others? Why does alcohol not cause hormesis? Why should we avoid some supplements every day but things like athletic greens is a constant thing? Caffeine seems to be okay for everyday but alpha GCP not? Mental fatigue accumulates across various timescales from hours (requiring rest in the evenings), to days (rest on the weekends), to weeks (requiring the occasional break of >7 days).
