Episode on seizures

LOVE your channel man. Would you mind doing a full episode on seizures at some point? Seems right up your alley with your knowledge of neurobiology. My wife suffers from Generalized Epilepsy, and would love to hear what the science says are best practices to reduce/eliminate seizures.

Protocols while treated for cancer (behavioural, dietary, supplement)

Dear Andrew and Huberman Lab Team, Wondering if you could share based on the latest research protocols/knowledge that can be helpful for cancer patients to support conventional therapies as well as to prevent remissions. Hoping for more in depth/less obvious knowledge (i.e. protocols besides ‘exercise’ and ‘avoiding processed foods’). I found it fascinating that patients undergoing chemo could experience better chance with fasting. Thank you for all the work you fob- it is invaluable! Kind regards, Olga

How can different sounds impact sleep quality?

I like to fall asleep with a noise machine playing white noise, but I've been wondering how this could impact my sleep. Is utter silence more beneficial than constant sounds like white noise? Could wind/water/rain (or other natural sounds) have a more positive impact on sleep quality than artificial white noise or fan sounds? Also, you are the best person.

Maintaining VO2 Max in the off-season

My main form of fitness is long-distance cycling, and here in Canada, I only get out about 7-8 months of the year. In the off-season, my VO2 Max will decrease by about 15-20%, and I will spend a month or more in the spring getting it back to where I was before improving upon it. I'm not a fan of public gyms, but I maintain other forms of fitness in the winter months, such as walks, calisthenics and the periodic run. Are there any habits outside of daily exercise and adequate sleep that will aid in maintaining VO2 Max?

Oura Ring Tells Me I Sleep Terribly!

My Oura Ring always tells me I get <1hr of REM sleep each night and at best, a 78/100 rating. I am in bed 8 hours a night, wear blue light glasses, don't eat close to bed, take magnesium, l-theanine etc. Why are my numbers always low?
