Hello, Andrew! First of all, thank you for your immense contribution to public education! I'm a mountain guide and have heard many opinions and tried many practices that presumably prevent altitude sickness. But are there any methods, routines and supplements that are actually scientifically backed for avoiding altitude sickness, enchancing acclimatization and physical performance in low oxygen environments, apart from the classic medicines like acetazolamide and dexamethasone, which are used to treat (severe) altitude sickness symptoms when they are already present?
I started listening to some of your YouTube videos. You mentioned you have posted on your website recommended workout routines. You also mentioned on other videos that materials can be found on your website. I can’t find any of this on the public and member website? What am I missing?
