Dr. Palmer compared some aspects of the ketogenic diet to the fasted state and I wondered how the two compare. Does a prolonged (4/5 day) fast have a supercharged effect compared to a few weeks or months of keto? There's probably no data directly comparing the two, but maybe Dr. Palmer can give a rough estimate.

I get up at 4 am, long before the sun (and the competition ;-) ) what is the best way to accomplish the morning sunlight when getting up this early? Also, does it still have the same value if I have been up for 2 hours before the sun comes up?
Thank you so much for doing what you do. You’ve changed my life. Forever grateful. I would love to know what sound waves do to us. And if frequented matter. I have tried to research and found some studies of high frequencies combating cancer. I have seen how sound waves create patterns in water and on sand and would really like to know what effect they have in our water based bodies. Clearly the waves are penetrating more than our ears. As a musician I tune down from standard concert pitch because it is easier to sing when the notes are closer together. It feels more natural and I feel as though it makes a difference in my body but would love scientific backing for this theory. Thank you for considering this topic.
