What would be the best protocol to achieve full recovery after a right internal carotid artery dissection? I am a 31 yo male after a dissection that happened 11 months ago, it is 100% occluded and I have been feeling constant dizziness and tingling in my head behind the ears for months and I am taking clopidogrel and aspirin, but the doctors are not hopeful that much will change at this stage. Hitting 100% of sleep performance on my Whoop every single day and besides that also implemented creatine and very recently started with BPC-157 and TB-500 which within just one week made things way better, but still a long road of recovery in front of me. Cheers, have a great day! :)
The ever increasing lifespan of both men and women in recent times has led to a new phenomenon of aging populations in many countriles. After retirement there are very few guides for how to make the most of the 25-30 years still remaining for many people. Given that we are not looking to increase muscle or push our cognitive capacities to support intensive study programs, what does the research offer the denizens of Silver Town to ensure a happy and fulfilled retirement. Is handwriting degradation a sign of cognitive decline? Or does it say anything about your mental health? You mentioned in the podcast on journaling that your handwriting has changed markedly for the worse as you've aged. You were looking at journals from your teens and noted that that your handwriting was actually surprisingly good compared to where it is today. You made a quick comment about it indicating cognitive decline which very well could have been a joke, but I've always been so curious about why my handwriting has gotten worse as I get older. Perhaps it's because I wrote more in my youth and now so much is done electronically?
