I will set my Harvaria sauna heater thermostat at 194. The sensor is within a few inches of the ceiling. A couple of feet lower at head level, the temperature is 180. I sense there's a difference in measuring sauna temperatures like there is in measuring sleep in terms of time in the bed versus actually sleeping.
I am a 32-year-old woman who has been working out intermittently for the past 2-3 years. Recently, I’ve noticed that the muscle groups on the right and left sides of my body are not equally strong. For instance, my left arm is weaker than my right. How should I approach training to correct these unbalanced muscle groups?
