Q1 Citations/Q2 Graphic novels & Manga

Q1: How would you like your podcasts to be cited? Would you like to include you and your guest as authors? Are youtube videos of your podcast cited at youtube videos or podcasts (I cited it as a podcast (APA), just want to know your preference). Your podcasts are current, easy to understand, and based on research. Very user-friendly. Q2:Your podcast with Dr. Eric Jarvis was really interesting. Are the visual paths and it signals through the brain different when reading graphic novels or comics than as reading plain text? How are the images processed? Also, what does reading Manga do to your brain if you are used to reading books forward from left to right. (Manga books are read backwards with the pages and text boxes going from right to left (but text is still left to right) ok, weird question, but I would really like to know. Hoping it staves off Alzheimer's for the 50 plus crowd (me). Your podcasts have a lot to offer to teens, teachers, and librarians. :) Thank you so much for them!

Neuroscience book recommendation

Could you recommend scientific books on neuroscience that you think would be good material for a scientist looking to explore this topic?

Hyperventilation

Thorne

I noticed that you no longer mention/endorse Thorne products. Is it because you don't approve of their products? I purchased some vitamins, but am now reluctant since you no longer mention them.

Is Whey protein safe?

I have done tons of research and still couldn't decide whether whey protein is safe to consume. I know you are taking it as a supplement so I would like to hear your thought on it. I am particularly concerned that it spikes insulin.
