I’ve also been diagnosed with sleep apnea, 6’7” an ex college basketball player, now 47yo, who has ballooned up as my workouts and diet couldn’t keep up. As you suggested in your podcast about perfecting your sleep, we have lowered our light exposure after dusk by using dim lamps and candlelight. Is there any drawbacks from the use of candles? For example reduction in air quality due to VOCs ect? P.s. Love your podcast, a treasure trove of useful information.
