Could you provide confirmation and also provide detailed protocols or resources including a list of mental health professionals we could contact and work with online. I live in Thailand and there are no clinicians here providing support of these protocols; this could be a life savings strategies. I know many people with GAD and resulting depression who could benefits from this. I, myself, have suffered from and struggled with GAD and panic attacks for 20 years and I have tried it all: medication, meditation, Yoga, supplements, exercise, breathing methods!
