Ring lights and drawing tablets were suggested as ways to get morning light if it isn’t possible to be outside - do you need to be looking right at those lights or have it shining on you while you are looking at something else (like a book) and for how long should you look at it or have it shining on you if using instead of actual sunlight some days?
Sometimes, thoughts about saying by the person I hate or the shameful things occur before would come into my mind. They make my adrenaline go up and distract me easily or make my de-focus process less effective when I relax. Is there some protocol that can make me stay away or overcome these thoughts?
