Any concrete strategies for giving them up for life ? I feel like they never should have existed in the first place and they bring no real value to the world. I always come back to them and I hate it - my record is 7 months... I red anna's book dopamine nation... i watched all videos about this... it's fruitless
I read somewhere that “The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine of the United States determined that an adequate daily fluid intake for men is approximately 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) and for women approximately 11.5 cups (2.7 liters)” So, Is it true that males should drink 3.7l of water?
I'm male ,45, and try to be active by hiking 5-6 miles/week and strength training 2 times a week. However after each of these I really crash and can't do anything useful for the rest of the day. On days I don't do any physical activity, I still get tired soon. I had a history of low testosterone in 20s and 30s, but after noticing and consulting with endocrinologist, the levels are now normal. (I take Clomid every other day to trigger the T. production) Question is what are recommended routine and specially diet to keep the energy levels up. Thank you!
