I would love for you to interview Dr Mindy Pelz about her book Fast Like A Girl, it’s about synching your Fasting times to your cycle. In her book she says you should limit fasting the week prior to your period to help your progesterone rise and I’m wondering if this theory also applies to avoiding Cold Plunge. Thank you!

Long term use of antidepressants

I’ve been on anti depressants since in 1993.. switching them up as they get less effective. Now I’m on Wellbutrin (150-300), cymbalta (120) modafinal (200)… when I’ve tried to get off them I get really depressed.. I know you aren’t a doc.. and there is depression anxiety alcoholism in my family of origin. As long as I’m working I don’t know that I can get off them.. am I damaging myself? What do studies show.. I’m sober 9 years. Ps .. I can relate to so much you say and how you present yourself. I would say more but I don’t know if these posts are public.. or if people can see who the posts are from..

Reflexive Performance Reset : what's brain's role in it?

Hi! I have been hearing about RPR ( Reflexive Performance Reset), and it looks like athletes are using it and also some patients recovering from injuries. I wonder what is the brain's role it it ( neurologically). Any pathways support the effectiveness? What is the best use for it (occasions) and perhaps even time of the day? Thank you!
