Optimizing Health While Working Overnight

Dr. Huberman, I discovered you recently but have essentially beeen listening non-stop since. How can those of us who work overnight (the three days - 7pm-7am healthcare), optimize our health on a day to day and weekly basis? On the foundations of getting proper sunlight exposure, maintaining as optimized as possible sleep hygiene, etc etc? I know of many that would love to hear your thoughts on all that.

What are the trusted resources to understand Parkinson's? What is known and what is unknown causes it? How far can it be managed in 50s, 60s and 70s ages? What is known about the trajectory of the disease?

Can doctors deny a request for bloodwork?

I like to monitor my bloodwork a couple of times a year, usually CBC. I've never had an issue in the past but my current doctor refuses to write a script. Isn't this my right as a patient? I have a complicated medical history and therefore like to stay on top of my health. Thank you.

How do you feel about people using clips of you for clickbait? I always see YouTube videos and shorts that have clickbait titles like “neuroscientist says do this every day”.
