Dr. Huberman, I discovered you recently but have essentially beeen listening non-stop since. How can those of us who work overnight (the three days - 7pm-7am healthcare), optimize our health on a day to day and weekly basis? On the foundations of getting proper sunlight exposure, maintaining as optimized as possible sleep hygiene, etc etc? I know of many that would love to hear your thoughts on all that.
I like to monitor my bloodwork a couple of times a year, usually CBC. I've never had an issue in the past but my current doctor refuses to write a script. Isn't this my right as a patient? I have a complicated medical history and therefore like to stay on top of my health. Thank you.
