What is your insight into epilepsy? I have five siblings who suffer from epilepsy (four experience Tonic-Clonic, and one experiences absence seizures). I’d love to hear your insight into epilepsy and what practices may help in reducing and preventing seizures. Most have responded well to medication, except my sister who has been experiencing an increase in grand mal seizures. Interestingly she had no seizure activity while she was pregnant, and has had an increase as she nears menopause. I’d love to hear your thoughts. I’ve greatly enjoyed what you have to teach. Thank you!
Should I adapt your recommendations about sunlight and artificial light if I wake too early in the morning (5 am before my alarm clock) and I'm falling asleep while reading in the afternoon (9 PM)? For example, not viewing sunlight in the morning? Or using artificial lights in the night? Or is there something else I can do? Because for me it's not feasible to wake so early or go to bed that early in the night and I think is the contrary of what most people suffer from (not being able to wake up and not being able to fall asleep).
Hi Andrew! I run and lift weights regularly so my muscles tend to get tight. My doctor recently suggested I see a chiropractor. And every once in a while I invest in a massage. What's the science and best protocols for chiropractic, massages and other body work? What are your recommendations? Thank you! - Alisa
