Minimizing the risk of MS

Being at risk for MS, what can I do to minimize the chances of developing it?

alcohol

I think you guys are saying that the triggering effects of alcohol is the dopamine path,(reward feedback) wrongly because of craving. I think there's a energy path that drives it differently. The acetone drives two paths the dopamine and the muscle drive its a wholly different drive because its a drive with a numbing (reduced anxiety) path. try working with someone fully alcohol dependant with a drive of sex, work out and life (semi normal). Trip points I see...1.to close to failure (1st drink to change) 2. what long term effect as allow wonder (Hemingway)
