Hello, Regarding forever chemicals, what is the scientifically identified risk associated with them, what are food sources we should avoid to minimize them and which types of water filtering systems, including whole house filters should be employed to at least eliminate/reduce from the primary water source for most people? Is there scientific truth in the claim that there are foods which can cause excessive mucus production? Whether they contain more histamine (dairy, aged foods, processed meats) or are histamine liberators (chocolate). Should these foods then be avoided, or do they affect individuals differently?
