I am a professional athlete (an ice-hockey referee in Switzerland to be precise) and I would love to hear what would be your optimal warmup to be mentally and physically ready before a game. I imagine it’s a combination of what you already shared on breathing, fitness, and habits, but I would love to get your insight for an efficient preparation (how much time before the game, for how long, intensities, when to breathe or when to look up/fix a point for 1 minute. Can you please describe and reiterate what you mean by sunlight in the context of morning viewing? Is it at first light/civil twilight, at sunrise or when the sun is actually up above the horizon and you can see it? Asking partially because the sun rises behind a mountain where I live so I don’t actually see it for ~30-60 mins after sunrise.
Do Transitions/light responsive lenses hinder or block the beneficial morning light you recommend? You said no sunglasses but I really want to if that applies to light responsive lenses as well. Mine only tint a little at the time of the morning and with the low solar angle.

Each Gummy contains the following: 2.5mg Delta 9 THC/16.1 CBD:THC/40mg Extract +3mg Melatonin - some times ontop of the mentioned Delta 9, I also take a 25 MG Delta 8 gummy. I have listened to a few of your podcasts about THC and Marijuana, however would you please clarify if these are indeed addictive and shut off the brain's receptors?
