Are there any negative long-term affects of daily nicotine use via lozenge or gum?

I want to know if I'm exposing myself to any long-term harmful effects. For example, will it cause any changes to my endogenous acetylcholine system? (I listened to your episode dedicated to nicotine however didn't find a clear answer to this)
