Hypnosis – how do you know when you’ve been able to self hypnotize? I’ve use the Reveri app and enjoyed the sessions however I’m always questioning if I’m in a state of self hypnosis? I understand that Brain is in a different state when you’re hypnotized versus meditation or NSDR state. You said “hypnosis is really designed to fix or address a specific problem". I can see where I can put this to use if I could reach a state of self hypnosis. What are your thoughts?
I struggle with extreme facial blushing around people. It's on and off, and I cannot predict when the facial blushing will arise. I make progress for a few days, and then, out of nowhere, it appears. It is affecting my people skills and confidence. Once I blush, I become flustered and lose my ability to communicate clearly. I'm a confident person when I'm not blushing, but the blushing is uncontrollable oftentimes. My life would massively improve if I overcame it, but I feel trapped by it. Any tips and advice to overcome facial blushing? It would be much appreciated and potentially life changing for me. Thank you.
Just listened to your podcast with Dr. Sinclair who recommended Resveratrol and NMN. What company is best to buy from? Went to Thorne and they sell blends which I think you said were not as good. Went to Genexformulas.com and didn't know whether that was a trustworthy site. Also any link between Resveratrol use and it promoting cancer proliferation (I don't have cancer)? Thanks, Maggie Baker
