I would love for you to look at the research and advise if there are any specific protocols for living a long and active life (particularly past 100). Are there any supplements we should be taking and is caloric restriction important? What about a plant-based diet, can we expect to not live as long if we build our bodies by being in an anabolic state or can that be mitigated by periods of eating in a defecit. Can you talk about AMP-K, autophagy, epigenetics, glycation/maillard reaction, IGF-1, M-tor, oxidation, inflammation, sirtuins and telomers please!
