This seems a small problem when managing sleep and waking up feeling rested, but I am at my wits end to find a pillow that doesn't contribute to my wakefulness and horrible neck pain (hence headaches) upon waking in the morning. Any suggestions for finding a "good pillow fit" in the context of sleep hygiene? Neck pain and headaches are an awful way to start the day!
