What are the essential supplements for vegetarians / vegans.

Hello Andrew, I really appreciate the work that you do, just wanted to say thank you. I have a question in regards to supplementation; but before that let me give you little context; I recently (3months) made a move towards vegetarian diet, (I have been getting adverse reaction when eating meat). I love physical training, and challenges, my plans are to restart my alpine mountaineering expeditions, train for upcoming marathons etc. I'm also wanting to build optimal body (perfomance and health) with healthy amount of muscle mass. I'm new to this scene, and have noticed that I have lost significant amount of muscle mass in the last few months. My questions: can you please recommend what are some "essential supplements" that I need to be taking daily as vegetarian for for my mind and body? what foods should I increase my consumption of? and can you please recommend a good plant based source of protein powder / food?. Much appreciated, thanks again for an incredibly enlightening podcast.

Is there any evidence that Gaba supplements increase HGH levels?

Hello Andrew, thank you once again for all the incredible work that you do. Me and my brother love listening to your podcast. My brother has a question about Gaba supplements, what are you thoughts on it? and are there any tangible evidence of the claims that Gaba dramatically increases HGH levels and if so could you maybe do an episode about how one can implement Gaba supplementation with weight training, to increase muscle mass. Much appreciated again, thank you.

How can I feel warmer?

I am a 72 y/o female. I am thin. I live in the SF bay area, which has mild weather. But from the end of October to May, I am always cold. I have had vasomotor rhinitis for over 40 years, triggered by cold, e.g., cold beverage, cold air (below the low 60s), cold floors when barefoot, cold food, normal temperature pools, etc. My hands and feet are always cold. I find feeling cold very unpleasant. Due to knee/foot issues, I can't do high impact stuff like running, jumping jacks, etc. I walk, do yoga and go to the gym twice a week. Is there a way to warm up my body, or experience being less bothered by what feels cold to me? I love heat - hot showers, hiking on hot days, etc.
