I've listened to each individual podcast about benefits of cold exposure and benefits of heat exposure. Do you have on about rotating or going back and forth 3-5 times? What is does the research say about doing them together? Can you speak to dramatic change in heart rate and the effects of the "sauna high"?
First of all I am an avid fan. Your process, and the way you articulate yourself is enthralling. I had a thought when it comes to Addiction…Do you think that this Opioid Epidemic is actually masking the Benzo Epidemic? I believe that Benzos, such as Xanax or Klonopin, are the real problem here in America. The Opiates are killing people, but 70 percent of those deaths involved Benzos which probably was the primary culprit in these victims deaths. I believe that our government doesn’t talk about this category of drugs, or masks it by using a word such as sedatives. I think that probably 50 percent or more of our people in all parts of congress, Supreme Court, and even the White House are prescribed and actively taking these prescriptions addictively, combining it with alcohol, and stimulant drugs…this is a very interesting exposure that I think at the platform that you have, can talk about this and put the idea out there on Twitter, and your podcast.
Hey Andrew! Longtime listener here. I am wondering if you are planning to or currently in talks with Ben Patrick on making an episode about his style of training. Thank you for the great content as always! Best regards from Bacolod, Philippines.
Recently, I found myself sleeping all day and night. I suffer from major depression, and hope to soon start spravato treatments. Meanwhile, this now recurring, continual tiredness is preventing me from being functiional. I have a sleep study scheduled, but that is 2 months from now (earliest.) What neurology might be going on that I should look at to mitigate this problem in the short term? To be clear, I can fall asleep easily, but my problem is not being able to stay awake. Do you have a narcolepsy podcast or something?
