Would you discuss the differences between and possible benefits of listening to generated noise (pink, brown, green, etc) as well as Solfeggio frequencies.

cytochrome p-450 2D6 and non alcohol cirrhosis

The women in my family have a history of dying from non-alcohol cirrhosis. My sister and I are 2D6 ultra rapid metabolizers. How do 2D6 substrates, inducers, and inhibitors contribute to liver damage? Most psych drugs and pain meds that are metabolized in 2D6 don't work for us, have unexpected side effects, and leave toxins behind. Is it possible to repair the damage?

Creatine and Sleep

Hello Dr. I've been supplementing with 3-5g of Creatine daily for nearly 2 months now and it has been a game changer, not just in terms of my physical performance, but also my overall cognitive ability. However, I've noticed that my sleep patterns have changed. I'm regularly getting by on 6h of sleep (and feeling absolutely fine afterwards) whereas I've always needed the good old 7/8h of sleep. I've read a bit about how creatine can make you need less sleep but couldn't find anything conclusive. Is this common and could it have any longterm side effects since I'm technically sleeping less? Thank you!

Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals & Everyday Products

I'm curious about endocrine disruptors. How harmful are they, are they sufficiently regulated in the U.S., and should we be more cautious about using them in our everyday lives? I'm thinking of makeup, hair products, fragrances, personal care products, plastics, non-stick pans, and flame-retardants, but I'm sure there's an extensive list out there. Thanks in advance!
