Hello, I've recently listened to the episode on cooling the palms/feet for effective exercise recovery. You had mentioned it would suffice to put my hand into a bucket of cool water. However, that is not really possible in the gym. Would there be anything that you could recommend for effective cooling while you don't have access to a water source right next to you?

Dear Andrew, I am a light sleeper who does not get great sleep at the best of times. I am post menopausal but that has not seemed to have made it worse.. It would help me and so many other folk if that urge to pee in the middle of the night would not wake us up, therefore eliminating the not being able to get back to sleep issue I am so often plagued with….It would be life changing….Any suggestions ?
