I currently am using TRF in a 16/8 schedule; however, I also exercise early in the AM before work. I then have about 3-4 hours until my fast is complete, but after working out I often am extremely hungry and depleted. So my question is this: does exercising while fasting intensify the process? Or, simply, will I get about the same benefits from, say, a 14 hour fast with exercise as I would with a 16 hour fast without exercise? If not, are there any tools to combat this hunger? I imagine sodium helps. Thanks!
Is mixing binaural beats with music still effective? Particularly I found a paper talking about 420 and 460 to help with focus, but I am not sure if mixing music is safe or if it is still effective with the music, I'm talking any music, could be pop, classical, etc. To make it more enjoyable than just some ringing tones. Thanks :)
