Zone 2 Training?

I have questions on Zone 2 training. I am a lifelong exerciser (just turned 60!!) and I would love for you to put out a sample of what a "normal" week of exercise looks like when doing the right dose of Zone 2 training. I've read articles about it but I still have questions. I am always amazed at how well you can explain things in a way that a lay person can understand. Thanks.

Mushrooms

Are you recommending the use of certain mushrooms and if so, could you do an episode on the topic ? When I talk about mushroom I think for exampl of cordyceps, lion's mane, turkey tail, reishi and so on, not necessarily "hallucinogenic" mushrooms.

Which lifestyle is better ?

In your opinion which is better… 7 days of processed , sugar laden food with sedentary lifestyle or 5-6 days of clean eating , no sugar, TRF, no seed oils , sufficient whole foods, 5x exercise with 2 days of moderate alcohol consumption (4-6 drinks/week)

Verified supplement suppliers in UK/EU

Thank you for pairing with Momentous as a company that ships overseas. I'm an American living in the UK and I'm happy to see an option to obtain premium, verified supplements while living abroad. However, shipping and import taxes are still very high and a limiting barrier in affordability on a recurring basis. Are you able to collaborate with your colleagues to find supplement suppliers in the UK/EU that are obtaining NSF verification or are otherwise deemed to be of the highest standard and accuracy in their content labels? This is hard to decipher online so I would appreciate your inputs. Alternatively, if there is anyway to partner further with Momentous to reduce these costs by quantity of scale, it would allow better accessibility for more of your consumers overseas. Thank you so much for your podcast and the AMA feature!

Schizophrenia - science & treatment

Hi Dr Huberman - I believe you mentioned this is in the pipeline but I'd really love to hear more about causes, signs and treatment of schizophrenia. Also, if possible, to cover how family/friends can better interact/support a person with this condition who may not be receiving any medial treatment.
