Hello - I seem to continue to find mixed information on the ideal heart rate band zone for zone 2 training. Some resources seem to indicate 60-70% of max hear rate, while other resources seem to indicate 70-80% of max rate. For those of us, who do not have an easy way to measure our lactate levels, are you able to provide any guidance on the optimal heart rate band? I know some other questions have asked about optimal frequency and duration of zone 2 training, so it would be great to hear your thoughts on that as well. Thank you!

For example: Cold plunge followed by 20 minutes of sauna followed by another cold plunge? Should you do cold > hot or hot>cold first? I am 56 years old and I have started to use delta 8 six months ago in order to improve my sleep . I never smoked cannabis in my life . I was told that is safe to use it to help with my sleeping problem and that lack of sleep is way more dangerous for my health . I take approximately 12 mg per night and my sleep has improved massively , delta 8 came after trying everything else without success. After listening your last episode I am quite nervous about carry on taking delta 8 even if sleeping better is having a great positive effect in my life . What do you suggest ?
