Cognitive Delay Support
My daughter 17yrs has been diagnosed as having a cognitive delay. When learning, she needs a lot of repetition and time in order to grasp the information. Is there anything that can be done to improve the cognitive delay and help her processing speed increase? Also, when she was 10yrs she was diagnosed with adhd inattentive. Is there anything that can be done to improve the cognitive delay and help her processing speed increase?
Can cold showers cause muscle stiffness?
I've been doing cold showers almost daily for over a year. Noticed that my muscles got increasingly tight overall, not only during/immediately after the cold but in everyday life. Also having feet cramps often. Recently got muscle spasm in the back as well. Can cold showers increase muscle stiffness, cause cramps and increase likelihood of muscle spasms? Thanks, Max
hyperpigmentation - spots
Why do pigmentation spots appear even when using high SPF sunscreen and taking precautions such as wearing a hat? Can melanin still be activated by the sun even in shaded areas? Additionally, why do certain parts of the face, like the upper lip and cheeks, tend to develop more pigmentation while others, like the nose, just tan normally? What could be the cause of the appearance of white, depigmented spots on the cheeks?
