How can I best counteract the affects of daylight savings time? If I work from home and thus can set whatever sleep and wake times I want, should my bedtime and wake time be the same all year around or should it shift a bit with the seasons and sun? Should we be waking an hour or so before the sunrise all year round? Ideally I kind of want to (and can) live on standard time all year around but that makes things with appointments etc a little complicated/confusing. But I am ok with that.
Hi Andrew! I run and lift weights regularly so my muscles tend to get tight. My doctor recently suggested I see a chiropractor. And every once in a while I invest in a massage. What's the science and best protocols for chiropractic, massages and other body work? What are your recommendations? Thank you! - Alisa
Should I adapt your recommendations about sunlight and artificial light if I wake too early in the morning (5 am before my alarm clock) and I'm falling asleep while reading in the afternoon (9 PM)? For example, not viewing sunlight in the morning? Or using artificial lights in the night? Or is there something else I can do? Because for me it's not feasible to wake so early or go to bed that early in the night and I think is the contrary of what most people suffer from (not being able to wake up and not being able to fall asleep).
