I'm 65 and there are times i wake (crazy dream or peeing - sometimes only once) and cannot get back to sleep; My brain fully wakes, thinking its time to get going for the day. It seems the only thing i have found that sometime helps is taking half of a 25 mg of Doxylamine Succinate before bed. Obviously i don't want to take this. The supplements you've suggested don't help with that issue. Thanks
I'm probable in the minority of wanting insight on the residual effects of a thalamic stroke i experienced 5 years ago, but i'd still like insight on this. The main issue is extreme exhaustion that comes from standing still, for example the simple act of standing making dinner (not walking 3 or 4 miles), but standing for 20 minutes chopping or the like and i'm completely wiped out. Any thoughts as to what might help that balance center of the thalamus get stronger and negate the fatigue of standing?
Hello my name is Ben Medina I am an old school skateboarder from Embarcadero I had many names especially living in a barcadero like flannel man and a few other ones... But if you skated San Francisco you probably know me... and I deal with a lot of health issues not too long ago I was dealing with heart failure and ideal With auto immune disease. I have really severe arthritis throughout my whole entire body both of my new I've had 8 surgeries over my life replacing... I live in Truckee but I've been snowboarding up here for 30 years too. I'm still in touch with the EMB community because I hold all the EMB reunions in San Francisco.. And we're hoping to have some next August and I would like to offer you an invitation to one. Anyways I don't drink anymore and I don't do drugs but I still Deal with many health issues and I was hoping through word-of-mouth that you were doing this. Would like to incorporate some Methods to my healing???. Plus I wanted to Reach out and say hello because I am one of the O Gs skateboarders of San Francisco... Anyways I would love to discuss this issue more in depth with you so I can figure out how to heal better and incorporate it with my heeling. This is a big issue to me right now because I've been fighting this now for 20 years. And if you're still around in San Francisco Julian stranger and all those guys can tell you what's been going on...lol I still talk to Mike Archimedes a lot. Anyways to make it short I love your message and would like to learn more. And As skateboarders we always learn how to get backup And progress.. Mind you I'm kind of limited right now because I just broke my legs snowboarding. I had a great time now.. Now I will hit the gym for the next year Trying to improve my body so I can ride next year better. That is my main goal for now. But I still have a lot of issues I deal with and It's painful because I never know when it's gonna hit. I would like to know your thoughts. And I wanted to say Hi.....
