Genetic immune system

So my body heals amazingly fast. I've had 3 pregnancies and by the time I went home from the hospital, my uterus already shrunk to size. I've had two surgeries and the surgeon said he never sees that "your healing so fast your body is eating the stitches". I am also never sick. I want to know if I'm just genetically blessed or because I try to take great care of myself by fitness/diet/lifestyle

Excessive sweat

Hello professor! All my love for you! I have an issue: I sweat a lot, durin exercise, during walking, standing at my deak... in cold... in hot environment. Can I do something to reduce this unwanted effect? Does the brown fat thermoregulate downwards?

RLT and moles

Greeting Dr. Huberman. I've been using Red + near IR panels a few times per week, for about 2 years now (the duration is about 20 minutes per session). The distances from the panels range from 18 inches to about a foot (depending on the type of treatment I aim for, either a deeper treatment from close range, to more skin oriented treatment from further away). I do enjoy the time off when using the panels (I like to do your NSDR protocol during these treatments and it IS very relaxing). My main concern is that I do see more moles come up, during the last couple of years, especially on my upper body, and I even see dark "age spots" which started developing on my hands. I'm 48 years old, and my skin is very fair, so I'm careful about high UV exposure. These panels ARE powerful though, so I wonder if these can cause issues for certain skin types, even though they don't emit UV radiation. Thanks for the knowledge your keep spreading! All the best, Yair

Natural Flavors

Please please please do an episode about natural flavors. It’s in a lot of the products that I use and assume to be healthy like LMNT and Organifi. LMNT actually sent me a pretty detailed explanation when I asked them about it but it’s a lot of words I don’t understand like “aromatic compounds”. I’m also specifically curious about maltodextrin. Would love to be better educated about what to ask/look for.

Essential oils

Are there any scientific studies that support the use of essential oils for various aspects of wellness? And are there studies to show any harms of them (or certain ones)? For example, lavender is widely used for calming effects but have also read that it has estrogenic properties. And the difference in the benefits vs. risks of using topically, smelling (diffusers, sprays, etc) and / or ingesting orally.
