Throughout the podcast you often emphasize the importance of morning and sunset light exposure. I was wondering if these principles also apply to babies and children. Do you know of any research on the effects of sunlight viewing on children's mood, health, and development?
Is there a right balance when taking supplements for various purposes? Things can add up fairly quickly when trying to optimize for different things and makes me wonder if I am putting too much strain on my body... blood tests are fine etc... but wondering if you believe there is a right balance... Here is my current supplements list: Tongkat Ali: 400mg daily in the morning for optimizing testosterone Vitamin D: 10,000 UI 3 times a week Zinc: 3 times a week before a meal Vitamin K2 and omega 3: 3-5 times a week with a meal Magnesium glycinate: daily 250mg 60m before bed L-Theanine: daily 300mg 60m before bed Vitamin C: will take approx once a week 1000mg Creatine: 3g daily with a protein shake Would you only go by blood tests regularly (3 times a year for example) to check liver enzymes etc... ? or do you have some kind of rules you go by to not overdo it? Thank you!
What are symptoms or ways to test for hypersensitivity in children? Are there different forms of it and how to assess hypersensitivity? How does it relate to ADHD? What are protocols children (together with their parents) can follow in order to find a good way in living with this condition or even thriving with it? Are there any scientific studies in this area?
There has been a lot of work documenting the power of the placebo effect. Dr. Joe Dispenza has also done a lot of work around this notion and in the area where belief can impact healing. We know if we have buy in from a patient during a certain treatment recommendation, that they are more likely to succeed. I would love to hear your take on this as I think this would have an amazing impact for your listeners.
