Inflammation and Chronic pain management

I have been managing my "bad" inflammation (spondyloarthritis) for many years via diet, exercise, biologicals, massage, JAX inhibitors, NSAID's, steroid injections.....You have a great way of simplifying complex areas. Can you share your thoughts on the mechanism of chronic pain from inflammation? In addition, can you comment on SOME of the treatments and mechanisms that manage pain and inflammation (ie COx2 inhibitors)? It would be interesting to see if you have found anything in the literature using natural products (not marketed by a pharmaceutical company) that can help in this area. Thank you!

Filip D- psychofan but normal

Hi, I'm shocked how efficient you are, lab, teaching, podcast. But especially I'm the fan because of your humbleness. Please don't change. I would like to know more about your team that helps you (has to be more than just you, right?) Does anyone help you with ideas for the next episodes, help you prepare (select) papers to read? Or you read abstracts and then you go deeper?

Autism Spectrum and ADHD

Could you do a deep dive episode on Autism Spectrum Disorder/Condition for us please? It would also be great if you could touch on the interaction between ASD and ADHD. It seems like we're starting to learn how common it is for them to co-occur, but it's hard for the general layperson to figure out what we actually know that's science-based. Thanks much from someone diagnosed with both in the last year!

Protocols to get better at dating

Are there any science-based protocols that can help a person improve at dating? What questions to ask? How important is eye contact? Posture? Articulation of words? Conversational topics to focus on or avoid?

Business Application of Tools

What tools would you recommend for business owners and upper management in order to elevate the average and median productivity of the overall organization? Have you ever considered speaking at business / management seminars?
