Does chronotype matter?

Dear Professor Huberman, my question is about chronotypes. In your episode #84, if I understand it correctly that there might be some benefit to the night owl in going to bed earlier. Dr. Panda seems to say in his book that it doesn't matter much, because the light allows you to sync up and Dr. Walker in his podcast argues that it would be important to respect your chronotype. My aim is to be able to give the best advise to my patients, and tell them, "change your job to fit your chronotype, or wake up early every morning and keep your job," I would love to have your point of view on this.

Mandibular repositioning device

You stress the importance of sleep as thé crucial factor for health & longevity. But one thing you have not discussed is snoring. I recently read James Nestor's book Breath, which you have endorsed on the podcast. He suggests an MRD to improve the position of the jaw to make airways larger and stop snoring. What does science say?

Alpha-GPC with SSRI (fluoxetine)

Is there any research on taking Alpha-GPC in conjunction with SSRIs, particularly fluoxetine? I currently take 60mg of fluoxetine for OCD and am interested in taking Alpha-GPC when I return to school in a month. I also have a history of TBI and deal with headaches pretty regularly, usually due to a bad night(s) sleep. Thanks!
