Are periods of taxing ourselves always good for producing hormesis? When taking supplements or even protocols, is it beneficial to cycle the intake of these? Why some but not others? Why does alcohol not cause hormesis? Why should we avoid some supplements every day but things like athletic greens is a constant thing? Caffeine seems to be okay for everyday but alpha GCP not? Does Microwaving food kill/damage nutrients and goodness of food? Many microwave most meals of the day. There are many microwave recipes! I think there is a lot more for great humans like yourself to discover about food. I feel the microwave reduces the Aliveness of the food we eat; which is not only our fuel, but also transforms into us!
It's no secret that as you get older you have less control over your bladder and maybe have to urinate and wake up in the night more often. Are there things you can do as a younger person to better preserve that function as long as possible (e.g., not holding your bladder, maybe peeing less/more often)?
