Taking care of my Thyroid

Hi Dr. Huberman, I've been on Synthroid for several years to care for my Thyroid but have heard in a few podcast that there are ways to take care of my thyroid in other ways. I'd love of do this without a prescription if possible...especially since this seems to be something that his passed down through generations. Thank you for any advice you can give. - James

Long Test/Work Advice (such as MCAT)

Hey Dr. Huberman. Thoughts on keeping cognition at its best for (some would say extremely) long, consecutive bouts of work, such as the MCAT exam, which is 7 hours and 30 minutes? I'm thinking the answer to this could apply to other tests or high-pressure work situations. Thanks in advance!

Spanish Translation

Any plans to add Spanish captions to more recent episodes ? I would like to share your show with my mom but she isn’t fluent in English making it difficult for her to digest the material.

More analysis on your "alcohol is bad" podcast

I hope this doesn't come across as combative, given I'm a premium member I obviously love your content :) But this reddit thread seems to make some compelling points that the harmful side of alcohol on the brain is overblown... would love if you would respond to some of the thoughts here. https://www.reddit.com/r/HubermanLab/comments/10aiss7/digging_into_the_uk_biobank_alcohol_study/

Magnesium and calcium - direct supplementation and relation to water

I have a specific question that doesn't seem to be answered here, but I think the answer can be relatively quick. I'm looking to filter my water and then also add some Magnesium and Calcium (because my tap water is low in these minerals) to it as a way to improve my body's ability to absorb it. I realize it depends on how much I am putting in the water to, but in general would this then be enough of a total magnesium and calcium supplementation, or would I still benefit from adding pills to regime. Again, broadly speaking - I understand I am not providing specific amounts, etc. - just looking for a general sense.
