I frequently use postural sway using the body (ideomotor) and hypnosis to remove chronic pain, as do my colleagues. Steven Blake has also created a protocol using this, called Old Pain 2 Go, however, no one can tell me what's happening in the brain. Clients usually say it's like a switch flicking in the brain. They are astonished at how many years of pain can be gone in a few minutes. Having a nursing background I would love to know the science behind this. Can you help? Many thanks, Kate
For optimal hormone and vitamin D production, how many minutes of sunlight exposure to the skin should we get and at what time of day? Also, does it work similarly to sunlight exposure to the eyes in that it works even on overcast days but it requires more time outside?
Why would someone suffering from post concussion syndrome have cycling behavior issues? I understand that if the limbic system, prefrontal cortex or hypothalamus is damaged, that the brain will find other, less efficient ways of operating. But one would think this would be a constant issue. My son will function fine for two weeks (give or take) then, out of nowhere, the rage comes. It will last for 2-3 days and then he is back to functioning again. It has been four years of misdiagnosis, meds, psychotropic drugs, trial and error, hormone replacement therapy, etc. Why, and what kind of therapy will fix it?
