Is there a guide to the Huberman podcasts?

I realize that Dr. Huberman has a number of podcasts on a variety of subjects. Is it recommended to listen to the first podcast? And then the second one in a sequence? Or is it a Random Access thing? I started listening to Dr. Huberman when I was in Alaska in March. I heard the podcasts on alcohol consumption and smoking marijuana. I liked what I heard and then subscribed to the Andrew Huberman website. But where to start with the volume of topics? Was there a sequence to listen to so that you captured the essence of what the message was on any one topic or for the entire series?

Brain Injuries, Treatments

Hi Andrew + Team, I'm curious about brain injuries and the extent to which they affect people. A fam member recently had a cerebellum-area injury, dangerously low sodium levels, etc. I was thinking I'd share LMNT's sodium research with him, creatine/l-theanine/omega 3's come to mind as potentially therapeutic, but I'd appreciate your insight. What picture does the research paint about brain injuries/recovery?
