Mindful growth

I saw that as soon as I thought "OK now it's time to grow up, you can't play like a child all the time" I started visibly maturing. It is scary almost. My face is mature, everybody is blown away. My breasts (at 23) are visibly growing larger every week. It this possible from my mindset shift? I guess I am subconsciously redirecting my energy sources toward a woman's body development whereas before It was like in stand by.

How to train executive function?

Hi Andrew & Team! Thank you for your work. I think it would be super interesting to learn more about the science behind executive functions and how to train them, since some of the episodes already covered related bits and pieces (e.g. attention, discipline, memory). This might take a lot of space, but I think a series on how to train the different aspects of EF could be really worthwile and useful for everyday life (delay of gratification, selected attention, creativity, ...).

Hormone Measurement

Hi Andrew, You and Lex are my go to Morning Routine . Thankyou so much for the work and effort. Can you please tell me if there is a test where I can measure my dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphins? I want to understand my demeanor or personality in general. I have found some blood test/ urine test that can be used to check dopamine but is there a dedicated test to check these 4 hormones?

Natural afternoon dip | optimal timing yoga nidra for energy boost

First, thank you so much for all the info across so many platforms. Since I discover the podcast, my health increased immensely! In the AMA #4 you talked about the afternoon dip and to help it calculate your ideal sleep time. To optimise you REM sleep, you recommended yoga nidra as well. I do it mostly before I go to bed. Would it be more ideal to do a session while I experience the natural afternoon dip - it’s not due to caffeine and sugar dip as I already optimised that thanks to your protocols and tips - or are there other ways to battle the natural afternoon dip as it effects me in my productivity for work. Thank you!

Is there any benefit in doing 20 minutes of NSDR during the day vs having a 20 minute nap during the day?
